Asia's No. 1 Card Game
From standard tables to VIP Diamond tables, EZG88 offers the most complete live baccarat experience in Malaysia — 98.94% RTP, HD video, Malay-speaking dealers and tables running 24 hours a day, all waiting for you.
Understanding Baccarat
Baccarat is far from a new game — it has been played for centuries in Europe before becoming a firm favourite in Asian casinos. Today, baccarat is one of the most played games on the EZG88 platform, and it is not hard to see why. The rules are straightforward, rounds move quickly, and the RTP is among the highest of any casino game.
At EZG88, you don't need to visit a physical casino or dress up to enjoy the authentic baccarat table atmosphere. With just a few clicks, you can take a seat at a live table hosted by a professional Malay-speaking dealer in a studio fitted with high-quality lighting and cameras. The experience feels more personal than a regular casino — you can interact via chat and follow every card movement with complete clarity.
For many Malaysian players, baccarat at EZG88 is more than just a bet — it's a social experience. Friends from Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Penang, and Kota Kinabalu can all play together at the same table, track the road map in real time, and discuss strategy via chat. That sense of community is what sets EZG88 apart from other platforms.
Bet Type
Three main betting options every round — easy to pick up even if it's your very first time playing.
Bet on the Player hand. A win pays 1x your stake with no commission charged. A popular choice for newcomers getting started with baccarat.
Banker has the highest statistical win probability. A 5% commission applies on winnings. Overall, it's the best-value bet in baccarat.
Bet on both hands ending with the same total. It carries the highest payout at 8x — but the odds of it hitting are relatively low. Best used as an occasional side bet.
* EZG88 also offers side bets such as Player Pair (1:11), Banker Pair (1:11) and Super 6 (1:12) at selected tables.

Live Road Map
The road map is the most important tool experienced baccarat players use to analyse game patterns. At EZG88, every baccarat table displays a real-time road map updated each round. You can view Banker (B), Player (P) and Tie (T) patterns across multiple formats simultaneously.
The Big Road is the most fundamental and easiest to read — each column represents a consecutive winning streak by the same side. When the winner changes, the record shifts to a new column. Big Eye Boy, Small Road, and Cockroach Pig provide more detailed insight into complex patterns, and are geared towards more experienced players. EZG88 displays all four road maps together in a clean, easy-to-read layout.
Basic Strategy
Baccarat Variants
EZG88 offers a wide range of baccarat variants to suit players of all levels.
Standard format using eight decks of cards. Each round takes approximately 30–45 seconds. Features a real dealer, full road map display, and available side bets. Limits start from RM 10.
Designed for players who enjoy fast-paced rounds. The betting window is just 12 seconds and each round wraps up in 27 seconds. All rules are the same as Classic Baccarat — just much quicker.
A popular commission-free Banker variant! If the Banker wins with a total of 6, the payout is reduced to 0.5x. There is also a Super 6 side bet paying 12x. A great fit for players who prefer to skip the commission.
The most dramatic experience in baccarat. The dealer slowly "squeezes" the cards open as the camera moves in close — building suspense you simply can't get from any other format. Available at EZG88's high-limit tables.
An exclusive table for VIP Gold members and above. Bet limits go up to RM 200,000 per round with a more personalised experience — limited seating, greater dealer attention, and a more private chat environment.
A digital version with no live dealer, powered by certified RNG. Rounds play at your own pace and a free demo mode is available — ideal for learning the rules before heading to a live table.
Essential Guide
Baccarat may look complex at first glance, but players actually need to make very few decisions — the card deal is almost entirely automatic. The main objective is to reach or get as close as possible to a total of 9. Cards 2–9 are worth their face value; Ace is worth 1; Jack, Queen, King and 10 are all worth 0.
When the total value of the cards exceeds 9, only the second digit counts — for example, a 7 and an 8 add up to 15, but in baccarat that counts as 5. This makes baccarat considerably simpler to follow than blackjack from a scoring standpoint.
The third-card rules in baccarat are a little detailed, but they're applied automatically by the EZG88 dealer — you don't need to memorise them or make any decisions yourself. Your only job is to choose whether to bet on Banker, Player, or Tie, then let the dealer handle the rest.
| Cards | Card Values in Baccarat | Note |
|---|---|---|
| 2 – 9 | Face Value | Follow the printed numbers |
| 10, J, Q, K | 0 | Worth zero |
| Ace (A) | 1 | Worth one |
| Total > 9 | Second Digit Only | E.g.: 15 = 5 |
| Natural 8 or 9 | Straight Win | No third card drawn |

Player Reviews
"I've been playing baccarat at EZG88 for over a year now. The video quality is genuinely HD — you can clearly see every card the dealer holds. What I love most is that the dealers can speak Malay, which gives it a real local casino feel. Speed Baccarat is my favourite because it moves fast and you're never sitting around waiting. I've won over RM 15,000 so far."
"I love Super 6 Baccarat at EZG88 because there's no standard banker commission. The road map is comprehensive too — Big Road, Big Eye Boy, all on one screen. Depositing with TNG eWallet is seamless, funds are in within a minute. Just hope they can add more Squeeze tables with more low-limit options."
"When I first tried EZG88, I started with Digital Baccarat in demo mode to get the hang of it. Once I felt confident, I switched to the live tables — and the quality genuinely blew me away. It felt like sitting in a real casino. Withdrawals are fast too; I once received my money in under 2 minutes to Maybank. I've already recommended it to plenty of friends in Penang."
Baccarat is a game meant for entertainment. EZG88 encourages all players to set deposit and loss limits before playing. Do not chase losses — if you feel stressed, take a break and use the self-exclusion feature in your account panel. The EZG88 platform is for players aged 18 and above only.
Remember: no baccarat strategy can guarantee long-term winnings. Every round is completely independent and random. Playing smart means playing within your means. For further support, visit the Responsible Gaming page ours.
